Orevac™ resin is a maleic anhydride-modified polyolefin (PE, PP, or EVA).

Due to its adhesive properties, Orevac™ grafted polymers are used as the adhesive layer in multilayer barrier films.

Orevac™ grafted polyolefins exhibit excellent adhesion strength to EVOH barrier resins, especially Evasin™ ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymers.

SKFP offers conventional specifications and high-concentration specifications for customer dilution.

Orevac™ resin can also be used as a PIR/PCR compatibilizer, impact modifier, and coupling agent in PP and HFFR, enhancing the mechanical properties of filled polyolefin polymers.

Orevac™ polyolefis are based on polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), or poly丙烯 (PP). They are modified by grafting with varying amounts of maleic anhydride to adjust reactivity.

Maleic anhydride is non-corrosive but introduces reactivity into the polymer chain, enabling reactions with hydroxyl groups (EVOH) and amino groups (polyamides).
